"God bless us all" - Acceptance

It's hard to start something for the very first time.

Without further verbiage, here's my first.

Disclaimers are always wise to start with:
There will be many things that will go unwritten as a blog remains an artistic medium I have not dabbled with. As a film provides you many clues and leaves only a little room for imagination but remains powerful in storytelling. Pictures remain up for interpretation. The written word is subject to ones imagination, to reading the lines, reading between the lines, and even reading what is unwritten.

Many times we derive inspiration from our parents. I know many things I celebrate about my personality were inspired by my parents, mostly from one set of 23 chromosomes. The same is true for many pitfalls that I struggle with.

The greatest gift our parents can give us as their children...acceptance.

Acceptance is the greatest Christmas present I can recall. My acceptance was symbolic. Represented by a small black leather bag and three gold initials stitched into the side. Reminiscent of earlier years of a profession and further symbolic of the great familial tradition that I shall commence this Fall.

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
